Inflate & Prep
Unroll the seat and inflate it by blowing into the valve until it’s firm (but still has a little give). Close the valve securely and place the seat on the car seat with the grippy side down.
Position the Seat
Ensure the booster is centred on the vehicle seat and firmly against the backrest. The BubbleBum is designed for use with a 3-point seat belt system.
Buckle Up Safely
Have your child sit on the booster. Thread the lap belt under both red side clips and across the hips. The shoulder belt should lie across the chest and shoulder—never the neck or face.
Secure the Fit
Use the shoulder positioning clip to guide the seat belt into the correct spot on your child’s shoulder. Double-check that the belt lies flat and is not twisted.

What’s a booster seat, anyway?

Technical specifications for Inflatable booster (Age, height and weight)
Best practice for your child is to remain in a booster seat until the age of eleven AND/OR until they reach a height of 4ft 9 inches. This is when their body proportions are starting to be more like that of a small adult and they can sit properly in the vehicle seat.
Never transition your child to a booster seat until at least the age of four.
When inflated the seat measures 28cm x 28cm x 11cm.
When deflated the seat measures 29cm x 15cm x 10cm.

Seat must be used inflated. The seat has met safety standards in the deflated state, but we know that kids do not perform like the crash test dummy as they slouch when they have no ‘boost’.
What’s it made of?
The same durable materials found in airbags and life vests, with a cushy memory foam layer. Tough and comfy.
Does it expire?
Yes—4 years from first use. After that, it's time to pass the torch to a fresh new BubbleBum.
How do I install BubbleBum?
Inflate, pop it on the seat, thread the belt through the clips. Takes less than a minute—even with snack breaks.
How do I clean BubbleBum?
Just a damp cloth and a little soap—like wiping down a high chair. Air dry and you’re good to go.
Can three BubbleBums fit across one seat?
You bet. It’s slim enough for a three-across squad in the back. Road trip harmony: unlocked.
Can I use it on a plane?
Not during the flight. Backless Booster Seats are not certified for use on airplanes, as they rely on a 3-point seatbelt for proper installation, but once you land, it’s a travel MVP for taxis, buses, and rentals. No bulky gear needed.
Is it travel-friendly?
100%. It folds small, weighs less than a loaf of bread, and fits in your bag without a fuss.
